Chilaquiles

It's kind of Mexican lasagna but it's FANTASTIC!!! 16 oz crushed corn tortillas (fried), 1 dozen eggs, 1 12oz bottle GOYA Green sauce (Chili Verde), 1/2 cup cilantro chopped, and 8oz pepper jack cheese, shredded. Mix all of this in a bowl and put in oiled 12 by 12 pan. Cook at 350 until firm in middle (about 30 minutes) and serve with fried potatoes!!!! 8:40 on KOMA 92.5 fm
