Crunchy Onion Chicken

Makes 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
cups (4 oz) French's French Fried Onions
tbsp flour 
4
boneless chicken breasts (5 oz each)
egg, beaten

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Crush French's Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.
2.
Dip chicken into egg, then coat in onion crumbs.
3.  Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through. 

Zesty Tip: Substitute 1/4 cup any flavor French's Mustard instead of beaten egg.
