A Fresh Fruit Salad
Here's an idea on how to make use of fresh fruit this season. Crispy apple slices, juicy orange pieces, delicious pear treats all on a bed of lettuce trimmed with pecans can cause quite a stir at your holiday table. Top with any dried fruit to add an extra splash of color. Serves 6 |

large red delicious apple, thinly sliced |

large Bartlett pear, sliced thin |
| 1 |
large navel orange, peeled and sliced |
| 1/3 |
cup vegetable oil |
| 3 |
tablespoons white wine vinegar |
| 1 |
tablespoon honey |
| 1/2 |
cup chopped pecans |

lettuce leaves |
| 1. | In a large bowl, combine sliced fruit |
| 2. | In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar and honey; blend well |

Pour oil mixture over the fruit, tossing to coat well |

Arrange fruit on 6 lettuce lined salad dishes |
