Garlic Lemon Shrimp
You'll be amazed that you can make this elegant pasta dish so quickly! Serve with toasted bread to soak up all of the luscious, garlicky sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined

tbsp olive oil

garlic cloves, sliced
1   tbsp lemon juice
1
tsp ground cumin
¼ 
tsp salt

tbsp minced fresh parsley
 
Hot cooked pasta

DIRECTIONS:

In a large skillet, saute shrimp in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and
 
salt; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink.

Stir in parsley. Serve with pasta.
