Grilled Lime-Cilantro Beef
Chuck Steaks

These steaks have all the flavor of a full-blown
fiesta! With lime and cilantro, this is perfect
party for your taste buds!

Makes 4 servings

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

4
    Boneless Beef Chuck Eye Steak, cut 3/4 to 1 inch think (about 1-3/4 pounds)
Marinade:
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
3 tbsp water
1 small jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 large clove garlic, minced
¼  tsp ground cumin 
 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine marinade ingredients in small bowl.
2. Place beef steaks and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat.
3. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Remove steaks; discard marinade. 
5. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.  
6. Grill, uncovered, 16 to 20 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning

occasionally. 
7. Season with salt and pepper.
