Grilled Salmon with Garlic Mayo

INGREDIENTS:

tbsp plus 1 tsp olive oil, divided
½
dried rosemary, crushed

salmon fillets (6 oz each)
8   garlic cloves, peeled

tbsp lemon juice
3/4 
cup mayonnaise
2
tbsp plain yogurt
1
tbsp Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS:
1. 
Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill.
2.
Combine 3 tbsp oil and rosemary; brush over salmon. 
3.
Place salmon skin side down on grill rack.
4.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
5.
Meanwhile, in a small microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic and remaining oil.
6.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 20-30 seconds or until softened; place in a blender.
7. Add the remaining ingredients.
8.
Cover and process until blended.
9. Serve with salmon.
