Hot Turkey Salad Casserole

Not only is this casserole is an unexpected delicious delight
BUT it is so easy to make! Mix all the ingredients together, 
put in a dish, top with chips and bake! WOW - a treat for
the maker and the taster!


 

INGREDIENTS: 

4 cups cooked turkey, cubed
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups seedless grapes
cups mayonnaise
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
¼   cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup (4 oz) Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups potato chips, crushed

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Mix first nine ingredients together and pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle 
  with shredded Cheddar and top with crushed potato chips. 
2.  Bake at 375ºF for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through.
