
Hot Turkey Salad Casserole
Not only is this casserole is an unexpected delicious delight
BUT it is so easy to make! Mix all the ingredients together,
put in a dish, top with chips and bake! WOW - a treat for
the maker and the taster!
INGREDIENTS:
| 4 | cups cooked turkey, cubed |
| 2 | cups celery, chopped |
| 2 | cups seedless grapes |
| 2 | cups mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup slivered almonds, toasted |
| 1 | can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained |
| ¼ | cup lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp soy sauce |
| 1 | cup (4 oz) Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 2 | cups potato chips, crushed |
| 1. | Mix first nine ingredients together and pour into buttered 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle |
| with shredded Cheddar and top with crushed potato chips. | |
| 2. | Bake at 375ºF for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through. |
