Taos Steak This steak is rubbed with serious warmth that just might heat up your mouth! Truly reminds one of Taos! Makes 6 servings Recipe from Taste of Home Magazine |

beef top sirloin steak (1" thick and 1½ lbs) |

slices Havarti cheese |

cup green chili salsa |

In a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle, combine first five ingredients; grind |

until mixture becomes a fine powder. Rub over both sides of steak. |

Grill, covered, over medium heat for 8-11 minutes on each side or until meat reaches |

desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145º; medium, |
| 160º; well-done, 170º). |

Top with cheese; cover and grill for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand |
| for 5 minutes before slicing. Top with salsa. |
