If you're wanting a healthy side dish to compliment Makes 8 side-dish servings, or 7 cups

| 2 | tbsp prepared horseradish |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp fresh lemon juice |
| 1½ | tsp hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | tsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | pints of grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half |
| 4 | stalks celery, cut into ¼-inch thick diagonal slices |
| Salt and pepper | |

Celery leaves for garnish |
| 1. | In large bowl, whisk the first five ingredients, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp freshly ground |

black pepper until blended |
| 2. | Add tomatoes and celery then toss to combine |

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours |
| 4. | To serve, toss again to coat with dressing, and garnish with celery leaves |
