Tomato Salad


Tomato Salad

  If you're wanting a healthy side dish to compliment
  your meal, then you've found a perfect match! This
  salad is different, but bold, and a perfect addition to
  any meal!

 

  Makes 8 side-dish servings, or 7 cups

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
tbsp olive oil
tbsp fresh lemon juice
1½    tsp hot pepper sauce
tsp Worcestershire sauce
pints of grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
stalks celery, cut into ¼-inch thick diagonal slices
  Salt and pepper

Celery leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. In large bowl, whisk the first five ingredients, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp freshly ground

black pepper until blended
2. Add tomatoes and celery then toss to combine
3.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
4.   To serve, toss again to coat with dressing, and garnish with celery leaves
